Brad D. Reid, P.E., Principal
Brad Reid is a partner in The Winter Construction Company and manages Winter Environmental's asbestos abatement, structural decontamination and demolition service areas. He has served Winter Environmental since 1988. His experience includes the abatement or decontamination of large industrial plants, occupied hospitals and office buildings, schools, airports, government buildings and Department of Defense facilities. More than 1,700 projects in these services have been successfully completed under Mr. Reid's oversight.
Mr. Reid holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago and a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. He is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia.
Gary M. Ellis, P.E., Principal
Gary Ellis is a partner in The Winter Construction Company and manages Winter Environmental's remediation, operations and maintenance and environmental cost engineering service areas. He joined Winter Environmental in 1994, and has more than 35 years of experience in the environmental engineering and contracting fields, with extensive experience in the design and implementation of the remediation of contaminated groundwater, soil, mixed media and structures at Superfund, RCRA, state listed, voluntary cleanup and brownfields sites. He also has experience in the design and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities for municipal and industrial wastewater. Mr. Ellis serves as the project principal for larger remediation and system construction projects, and provides key clients with strategic environmental compliance consultation.
Mr. Ellis has a bachelor's of science degree in civil/environmental engineering from Purdue University and is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and Florida.
James A. Graham, Principal
Jim Graham is a partner in The Winter Construction Company and manages Winter Environmental's sales and marketing efforts, focusing on asbestos, decontamination and demolition project development. He has more than 34 years of operations experience in all facets of environmental contracting. He has been the project manager or principal on more than 600 RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA and NESHAPS environmental projects throughout the continental United States. His project experience includes landfill construction, capping and closure; facility decontamination; chemical and fuel storage tank removal and replacement program management; groundwater treatment system construction; low-level radioactive waste cleanup; spill response; low and high temperature hazardous waste treatment technologies; waste stabilization; bio-remediation; asbestos abatement and lead-based paint abatement.
